Overview
The Sales Team Lead will drive spare parts sales performance across assigned territories by leveraging market insights, competitor intelligence, and strong customer relationships to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, fleet buyers, and retail customers
- Identify and onboard new dealers and retail outlets
- Conduct field visits to promote products and close sales
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Execute trade and consumer promotions to boost brand visibility
- Support dealers with inventory planning and retail activations
- Coordinate with after-sales and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the automobile (2W/3W) industry
- Experience with brands like Bajaj, TVS, Qlink, Honda, or similar is required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle distribution networks in Nigeria
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
