Donor & Communications Officer @Plastic Solutions Fund

Overview

The Plastic Solutions Fund (PSF) seeks highly motivated professionals for two key roles: Donor & Communications Officer and Donor Relationships Manager – Foundations. These positions aim to combat the global plastic pollution crisis through strategic philanthropy and grassroots leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship through communication coordination, follow-ups, and updates.
• Assist with preparing briefing materials for leadership meetings with donors.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle for foundations, including proposal development and reporting.
• Develop impact reports and contribute to donor stewardship strategies.
• Coordinate leadership participation in funder meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and support outreach systems.

Requirements

• Donor & Communications Officer: 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit outreach, development support, or communications.
• Donor Relationships Manager: 5–7+ years of experience in development or donor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRMs or donor databases preferred.
• Proven relationship-building skills with funders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders.

Benefits
