Overview

The Stakeholder Relations Manager oversees relationships with stakeholders for non-vaccine programmatic components, manages the Stakeholder Relations Officers (SROs), coordinates trainings, and ensures smooth expansion into new operating areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Stakeholder Relations Officers (SROs).
• Supervise Quarterly Clinic Staff Trainings across assigned states.
• Oversee expansion activities including pre-planning and advocacy meetings.
• Conduct regular stakeholder outreach visits and issue resolution.
• Participate in Joint States Stakeholder Meetings.
• Liaise between SROs and Supply-Side Officers (SSOs).
• Log activity feedback on MyDay app.
• Assist in team management and provide regular feedback.
• Monitor team compliance and task completion.
• Report security incidents and ensure personal safety.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Health or Natural Sciences preferred).
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience (preferably in an NGO).
• Fluency in English, Hausa, and local dialects.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian health system.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and communication technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote clinics.
