    Overview

    Fivetran is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing EMEA team, focusing on customers and prospects in the Nordics. This role involves managing a full sales cycle, developing new opportunities, and building long-term relationships to drive mutual success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to dbt/Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment.
    • Learn the fundamentals of the technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.
    • Build a strong pipeline by establishing relationships with prospects and clients.
    • Achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
    • Forecast and manage the sales pipeline with accuracy.
    • Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices.
    • Engage strategically with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage.
    • Travel to the region around twice per quarter.

    • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
    • Excellent pipeline generation capabilities.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and communicate clearly.
    • Analytical and curious; able to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Motivated and positive, bringing persistence and energy to achieving goals.
    • Adaptable and flexible when priorities shift.
    • Experience selling enterprise solutions (typically 5+ years) with a record of delivering results.
    • Knowledge of the Nordic technology market (bonus).

    Location

    This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK or Ireland, with a strong preference for candidates located in the London or Dublin area.
