Overview

Webflow is looking for a Senior Communications Manager to help shape and communicate its narrative across various channels. This remote role will involve close collaboration with the Director of Communications and the Communications Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal communications programs, including company-wide announcements and the internal editorial calendar.
• Plan and produce content for major company events.
• Write and edit communications for executive leaders.
• Support major product and company announcements with strong execution.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather context and develop communications.
• Improve systems behind internal communications.
• Utilize AI to enhance communication efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong communications judgment.
• Experience working with senior leaders.
• Project management skills.
• Experience in remote or distributed organizations.
