Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own core People metrics and establish clear definitions and reporting.
• Build scalable analytical products, including datasets, models, and self-service tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical judgment and communication skills for data storytelling.
• Comfort in ambiguity and strong cross-functional instincts.
• Builder mindset with a passion for improving organizational support through data.
• Experience in People Analytics or related analytical functions is a bonus.
