Overview
Webflow is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation to lead the design, execution, and analysis of global incentive programs and non-standard deal structures. This remote-first role involves overseeing the full compensation lifecycle while partnering with various teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual sales compensation design process, including selecting metrics and designing plan structures.
- Administer sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions and managing all related policies.
- Collaborate with leadership in Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards to align compensation programs with strategic priorities.
- Provide analytics and reporting on key performance indicators such as quota attainment and compensation effectiveness.
- Manage and develop a team focused on sales compensation and deal strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in developing and administering sales compensation plans.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior leadership.
- Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce).
