Overview
Docker is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to manage partner enablement and drive aligned go-to-market (GTM) outcomes across its partner ecosystem. The role involves designing and delivering training, certification, and enablement programs that connect Docker’s partner community with a coordinated GTM effort.
Key Responsibilities
- External Partner GTM Enablement: Design and improve training and certification programs for Docker’s partner community, develop role-based learning paths, and manage certification tracks.
- Content & Programs: Create and maintain a library of partner-specific GTM content, partner with the Partner team to identify gaps, and oversee the partner enablement infrastructure.
- Internal GTM Enablement: Equip Docker’s AEs, SEs, and CSMs to work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline, develop co-sell plays, and run internal enablement sessions.
- GTM Velocity & Impact: Drive partner readiness and track KPIs connected to GTM outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel enablement in a SaaS or technology company.
- Ability to design scalable training and certification programs connected to GTM outcomes.
- Experience managing a partner portal or LMS; Impartner experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystem economics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
