Senior Product Manager @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next generation of identity products and deliver secure, developer-first identity experiences remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product capabilities for the Identity platform, focusing on secure applications for both agentic and human identity use cases.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate customer needs into product capabilities and build the roadmap.
• Align with teams across Twilio to unblock cross-team initiatives.
• Operate with deep product ownership, including authoring PRFAQs and product requirement documents.
• Break down complex problems and design developer experiences that delight customers.
• Be the voice of the customer in every decision to build world-class products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an engineering role.
• Experience building deeply technical products and/or products for developers.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is remote but is not eligible for hiring in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
