Instacart is transforming the grocery industry by enabling retailers to create customized e-commerce experiences. The Senior Product Manager for Control Studio will be integral to this innovation, focusing on product management with an emphasis on technical acumen and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabling retailers to build custom experiences in their storefronts.
Build a code editor allowing retailers to customize placements, enhanced by AI through text and image prompts.
Define the balance between retailer flexibility and platform coherence.
Enable complex retailer add-ons and interactions with third-party tools.

Requirements

8+ years of B2B product management experience.
Strong experience in product and go-to-market operations.
Proven ability to build trust with executives.
Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to handle complex product problems and make high-stakes trade-offs under ambiguity.
Strong product vision and communication skills.
Customer and product strategy capabilities, including relationship building with clients and crafting complex solutions.
Fluent in product intuition and data assessment.
