Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise & Deployments role at Fivetran focuses on managing the trust and access layer of the dbt platform, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication and organizational access. This role involves addressing enterprise needs as the product evolves within an established customer base and new problem space.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Enhance enterprise security as a competitive advantage.
• Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant architectures.
• Determine new deployment locations based on compliance and cloud requirements.
• Manage user account processes to ensure seamless access.
• Empower administrators with self-service capabilities for user management.
• Represent product requirements in enterprise security reviews.
• Collaborate on telemetry and observability for reliable operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, especially in identity, access management, or security.
• Direct experience with authentication methods such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models and regional expansion.
• Strong technical acumen to engage with engineering teams.
• Experience interfacing with enterprise customers and translating feedback into product priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable working asynchronously on distributed teams.
