Overview

The Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments will oversee the trust and access layer of the dbt platform, focusing on how organizations authenticate, what users are authorized to do, and the platform's deployment architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Transform enterprise security into a competitive advantage.
• Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployment models.
• Determine deployment locations based on data residency and compliance requirements.
• Enhance the login and sign-up processes for new users.
• Empower administrators to manage users and permissions autonomously.
• Represent the product in enterprise security reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for operational confidence in the access layer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on identity, access management, or infrastructure.
• Experience with authentication standards such as SSO, SCIM, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS deployment.
• Strong technical foundation to engage with engineering teams.
• Proven track record working with enterprise customers, especially in security contexts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a distributed team.
