    Overview

    The Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments at Fivetran will oversee the trust and access layer of the dbt platform, focusing on authentication, authorization, and deployment infrastructure. This role is foundational, contributing to significant revenue impacts as it aims to streamline enterprise adoption of dbt.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
    • Transform enterprise security features from basic requirements to competitive advantages.
    • Lead the migration of customers from single-tenant to multi-tenant models.
    • Identify new geographies and clouds for deployment, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
    • Manage user login, sign-up, and account discovery processes.
    • Empower enterprise admins with self-service capabilities for user management.
    • Be the product voice in enterprise security reviews and prioritize product roadmap based on feedback.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure teams on system observability and performance metrics.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in identity, access management, or infrastructure.
    • Direct experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as SSO, SCIM, and OAuth.
    • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment and its associated challenges.
    • Strong technical foundation to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
    • Proven ability to communicate with enterprise customers and translate their needs into product requirements.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Ability to operate asynchronously in a distributed team environment.
