Fivetran is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join its Growth & Monetization team. The role focuses on driving sustainable, product-led growth leveraging data across the Fivetran platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform.
• Expertly manage experimentation from hypothesis development to interpreting results.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve user experience.
• Gather data to uncover friction points and propose high-impact experiments or product changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch enhancements and experiments.
• Present findings to stakeholders and align priorities.
• Stay current on AI trends and best practices relevant to product-led growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent role in B2B SaaS.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, A/B testing).
• Experience working across multiple products to enhance customer experience.
• Strong communication skills to align with stakeholders.
• Curiosity in emerging AI capabilities and adaptability in applying them thoughtfully.
