Key Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities in alignment with the company's strategy.
• Advancing the lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features for modern Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), including GenAI integration, automated SLO/SLI tracking, and intelligent alerting.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, UX, and Design for improving application monitoring experiences.
• Working with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a related field.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of Observability and/or performance monitoring.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, distributed work environment is desired.
• Knowledge of AI is preferred but optional.
