Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability @Elastic

Overview

The role is for a Senior Product Manager focused on logs within the Observability product team at Elastic, a company dedicated to enabling users to find answers in real time using data.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities in line with organizational strategy.
• Advancing the lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features for modern SRE, including integration of GenAI.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to enhance application monitoring experiences.
• Working with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback for product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of the Observability and/or performance monitoring domain.
• Ability to work from abstract problems to concrete solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote work environment is desired.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
