Overview

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality within Fulfillment.
Partner with design and research to understand customer and shopper needs.
Define success metrics and run rigorous experimentation programs (A/B tests, multivariate tests).
Work cross-functionally with various departments to deliver features responsibly.
Build alignment across diverse stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex operational environments.
Experience in building products end-to-end and driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
Strong data literacy and analytical skills to navigate ambiguity.
Ability to communicate complex ideas and align teams towards shared goals.
Deep understanding of shopper and customer experiences with accountability to outcomes.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-moving environments.
