Overview

Instacart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for Order Quality. This role focuses on enhancing shopper and customer experiences by improving item discovery and replacement workflows while ensuring effective communication of customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality within Fulfillment.
Partner with design and research teams to understand customer and shopper needs.
Define success metrics and conduct rigorous experimentation programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and other teams.
Build alignment across stakeholders, communicating tradeoffs and prioritizing effectively.

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience in operationally complex environments.
Experience building products from concept to scaled delivery.
Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse teams.
Deep understanding of shopper and customer experiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of moving fast while maintaining high standards.

Benefits

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits. The role is remote, with a base pay range dependent on the employee's work location. Eligible candidates may receive new hire equity grants and annual refresh grants.
