Senior Product Manager, Retailer Platform @Instacart

Overview

Instacart’s Enterprise Platform team is responsible for a white-label product that enables retailers to compete online through their own e-commerce experiences. The Senior Product Manager will own the development of creative tools for retailer branding and lead initiatives for large enterprise retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the long term vision and strategy for site theming and content management tools.
• Build a centralized platform for retailers to manage the visual representation of their sites.
• Oversee the Digital Asset Manager, including asset hosting and management.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to develop user-centric tools.
• Shape how AI can enhance page editing workflows.
• Represent Instacart with large retailers as an innovation partner.
• Help platform teams understand and address enterprise customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for effective go-to-market strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on retailer requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B product management, with 3+ years in e-commerce or retail technology.
• 2+ years in sales, consulting, or customer discovery with executives.
• Experience in product and go-to-market strategy.
• Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex product challenges.
• Fluency in product intuition and data analysis.
