Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights to customers during the implementation process.
• Partner with customers to establish platform best practices and influence their go-to-market strategies.
• Work across multiple teams within Outreach to ensure a seamless customer journey and document processes.
• Capture customer feedback and enhance engagement strategies for adoption.
• Report to the Consulting Practice Manager and contribute to the scaling of Outreach’s services.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, sales engagement, or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of technical configuration and change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
