Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute programs related to entrepreneurship and inclusion.
Deliver training and capacity building initiatives.
Develop reports, proposals, research, and investor materials.
Communicate effectively and handle feedback maturely.
Adapt to shifting priorities and work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Prior experience in program management, training, or capacity building.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Emotionally mature communicator, calm under pressure, and seeks clarity when needed.
