Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams including Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, Support Operations, and Marketing.
• Own program execution by managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into clear systems and technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks and negotiate trade-offs.
• Partner with teams to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Assess architecture, data, and integration impacts, and influence design decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong program management and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
• Experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, quoting, billing, and order management.
• Skilled in roadmap planning, scoping, and documentation for large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and executive stakeholders.
