Overview

Affirm is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high visibility planning programs and streamline processes for delivering exceptional customer and merchant products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategy and priorities.
• Implement lean processes and build a culture of continuous iteration and improvement.
• Establish data-driven operational frameworks to assess portfolio performance.
• Develop strategies for effective communication across the organization.
• Plan change requirements, identify risks, and manage dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Identify needs, experiment with new ideas, and promote transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, processes, and change management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Organized approach to collaborating across teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various functions.
• Experience implementing frameworks at scale and working in a remote culture.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.
