The Senior Technical Recruiter at Brex is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to define team needs, sourcing and assessing candidates, and managing the entire recruitment cycle. Brex is an intelligent finance platform that supports companies in spending smarter and moving faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for technical roles using various tools and social platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive hiring initiatives for Brex's Engineering team.
• Attract and evaluate top engineering talent with AI experience and strong technical skills.

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools.
