    Overview

    The Service Teller serves as the frontline representative of a reputable commercial bank, responsible for providing efficient banking services to customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
    • Ensure accuracy in all financial dealings and maintain proper documentation.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
    • Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess a minimum of NCE or OND qualification (this is strictly required).
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Basic numerical and computer proficiency.
    • Applicants must not be older than 28 years.
