Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve tools such as Dev Mode and MCP for developer/design collaboration.
• Participate in building new 0→1 products in the agentic coding space.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to craft high-quality products.
• Mentor and be mentored by peers across engineering, product, and design.
• Foster strong personal connections with teammates and contribute to Figma's culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer shipping user-facing features or products.
• Strong fluency with React and Typescript.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work across functions to proactively drive solutions.
• Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
• High velocity and a focus on user impact.
