Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Dev Mode and MCP tools for developer/design collaboration.
• Participate in the development of new products within the agentic coding space.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to craft high-quality products.
• Mentor peers across engineering, product, and design.
• Foster strong personal connections and contribute to Figma’s culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale engineering projects with significant impact.
• Experience with user-facing LLM and agentic product features.
• Skilled in curating and developing evaluation sets and LLMs.
• Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
• High-speed execution with a focus on user impact.
