ChildFund International has announced a new employment opportunity for a Specialist II, Resource Mobilisation within its Global Impact Division, under the Business Development Department. The position is designed to strengthen the organisation’s global resource mobilisation efforts by supporting donor engagement, proposal development, and pipeline management across multiple regions.
This role is open to both internal and external candidates residing in eligible countries, including Bolivia, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Guinea, The Gambia, Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, Mexico, Mozambique, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and Zambia.

The Specialist II, Resource Mobilisation will play a central role in supporting ChildFund’s global resource mobilisation strategy. Reporting to the Director II, Resource Mobilisation, the incumbent will contribute to identifying funding opportunities, coordinating proposal development processes, and strengthening donor engagement systems.
The role is fully remote and open-ended, providing flexibility for qualified professionals across eligible countries.
