Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-level programs within Ads & Monetization with direct impact on multiple company OKRs.
• Identify long-term business innovation opportunities and anticipate technical and regulatory issues.
• Provide strategic input to leadership decision-making and drive alignment across organizations.
• Facilitate collaboration among Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Own metrics and accountability frameworks for programs to track performance and impact.
• Manage high-stakes work with decision frameworks and tradeoff analysis.
• Guide teams in solving complex technical challenges and evaluating technical approaches.
• Integrate AI tools into program workflows to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and share best practices across the Technical Program Manager organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale programs in ads, machine learning, or complex technical domains.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-organizational programs.
• Experience in building accountability systems without formal management structures.
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills for guiding teams.
• Proficient in using AI to enhance program management and accountability.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
