Staff AI Product Analyst, Product Management | Germany | Remote @Grafana Labs

Overview

Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, a fully managed observability platform. They are a 100% remote company, looking for a Staff Product Analyst to join their Product Analytics team and serve as a strategic partner to the AI organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and product roadmap planning across Product.
• Define success metrics for AI-powered product experiences like adoption and engagement.
• Guide the instrumentation of product data with Product Design, Management, and Engineering teams.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess new AI capabilities.
• Develop dbt models for user behavior data transformation and testing.
• Influence best practices for Product Analytics across teams.
• Contribute to defining the long-term vision for Product Analytics.

Requirements

• Experience partnering across product and engineering organizations.
• Familiarity with product KPIs and frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Grafana.
• Experience writing dbt models and implementing Product Analytics tooling.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of observability and familiarity with ETL tools like Airflow is a plus.
