Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and operate core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, and retrieval orchestration.
• Define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant service, including tenant isolation and usage tracking.
• Build APIs and service interfaces for AI agents and internal applications to retrieve relevant context.
• Partner with teams to balance fast experimentation and long-term reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, and alerts to improve system reliability.
• Help shape the architecture and engineering practices for a new product area.
• Communicate effectively in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Take ownership of AI solutions ensuring scalability and alignment with user workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with quick iteration and experimentation in software development.
• Proven initiative in driving projects and dealing with ambiguity.
• Collaborative attitude with effective communication skills.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building GenAI applications.
• Exposure to cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience using observability tools to troubleshoot system behavior.
