Staff Product Designer @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to contribute to the design and execution of financial innovation products. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the vision for team initiatives through creative thinking.
• Challenge the status quo and drive innovation towards unified outcomes.
• Efficiently execute product deliveries that impact the business and customers.
• Communicate effectively with the leadership team and influence product and design outcomes.
• Contribute to product strategy and ensure operational components for onboarding are in place.
• Maintain a high design standard and level of execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on product and feature launches.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product management.
• Ability to craft clear narratives and team alignments.
• 10+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience building customer-facing products from concept to launch.

Benefits

Compensation includes a salary range of $240,000 - $300,000, dependent on skills, experience, and location. Potential equity and other compensation forms may also be offered.

Location

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, with the option for up to four weeks of fully remote work each year.
