Overview

The Staff Product Manager at Fivetran will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of connectors that drive growth within the company. This role is part of a leading organization focused on simplifying access to data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of products and contribute to strategic decisions regarding growth and revenue optimization.
• Accelerate the connector roadmap using AI-driven development.
• Utilize data, customer research, and market insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Define and track product health metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with Fivetran’s product principles.
• Drive clarity on complex product problems and communicate strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
• Evangelize the success of product initiatives internally and externally.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping SaaS products that achieve measurable results.
• Experience utilizing LLMs and AI for various tasks.
• Ability to translate complex details into clear requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong empathy for customers and a focus on delivering significant value through solutions.
• Attention to detail with an understanding of the big picture.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience using analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
