Key Responsibilities

• Own the developer experience roadmap across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension.
• Collaborate with the Fusion team to integrate platform capabilities into developer-facing experiences.
• Lead the development of AI-native products for Developer Agent, enhancing the coding experience for users.
• Drive the tooling strategy with insights from modern development environments.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality developer tools.
• Engage with the dbt community for continuous improvement of developer experiences.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in developer tools or technical platforms.
• Experience with managing IDE or developer environment products.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools.
• Strong technical foundation to interact with engineering teams.
• Experience in user research and translating feedback into product work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work asynchronously within a remote team.
