The Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry at Grafana Labs will develop a vision and strategy for the product domain, focusing on improving the end-to-end journey of users adopting OpenTelemetry workloads. Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, collateral, and market research for OpenTelemetry.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
• Define the experience for onboarding and configuration of OpenTelemetry SDKs and collectors.
• Ensure high-quality telemetry data for Grafana Cloud solutions.
• Utilize AI tools for customer research and product development.
• Engage with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem to enhance the product experience.
• Develop and manage cross-product strategies to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools or B2B product domains.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry and related technologies.
• Experience in leading strategy across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with customer research and data-driven decision-making.
