Key Responsibilities

• Act as a security expert to assist field teams and customers with architectures and compliance concerns.

• Identify customer pain points to collaborate with product management and marketing for improvements.
• Contribute to internal services and automation to support field staff and customers.
• Engage with AI technologies to enhance productivity and impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience in explaining complex concepts.
• Understanding complex security principles and the ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience in various security domains such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, network security, and vulnerability management.
• Some scripting or programming experience, with enthusiasm for using AI.
• Knowledge of the Databricks platform is advantageous.
