Staff Solutions Architect, Contract LifeCycle Management @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking an experienced Staff Solutions Architect for Contract Lifecycle Management to build next-generation Quote-to-Cash platforms and manage solution design. This remote position involves collaboration across various teams and requires deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies.
• Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders with varying technical acumen.
• Lead projects to enhance tracking and management of CPQ/CLM products.
• Work with Product Managers to implement solutions within Salesforce, including automation and system behavior.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing roadmap design with product owners and managers.
• Advocate for technology best practices.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations.
• 5+ years designing and implementing solutions within a CLM tool, preferably Conga and DocuSign.
• Advanced Salesforce automation skills, including knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
