Overview
Twilio is seeking an experienced Staff Solutions Architect for Opportunity LifeCycle Management, focusing on creating next-generation Opportunity Lifecycle platforms within a remote-first work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain a view of CRM-based processes and user personas.
- Communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Lead projects to improve tracking and management of opportunity lifecycle and Revenue Forecasting.
- Architect and implement solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow in Salesforce.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership in collaboration with product leaders.
- Advocate for technology best practices and represent technology interests.
Requirements
- 10 years of extensive experience in Salesforce and SalesCloud implementations.
- 5+ years of large-scale automation experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, APEX, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage with stakeholders strategically.
- Highly analytical and data-driven problem-solving capability.
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
