Key Responsibilities
- Examinations Officer – ICT: Support the development and management of ICT systems for examinations.
- Confidential Secretary: Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
- Assistant Examinations Officer III – General Duties: Assist with examination logistics and office coordination.
- Assistant Examinations Officer I – ICT: Provide technical support for ICT operations.
- Officer II – Audit: Assist in internal audit activities and compliance reviews.
- Examinations Officer – Accounts: Handle financial operations like budgeting and reporting.
- Assistant Examinations Officer I – Accounts: Assist in bookkeeping and financial documentation.
- Assistant Examinations Officer II – ICT: Provide support in system operations and digital examination processes.
- Assistant Examinations Officer III – Audit: Support audit processes through documentation.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree, HND, or ND in fields like Computer Science, ICT, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, or ATS) are advantageous for finance roles.
- Completion of NYSC or valid exemption certificate.
- Minimum of five credits in WASSCE, SSCE, or GCE including English and Mathematics (maximum of two sittings).
- Computer literacy required for all roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Applicants must not exceed 40 years of age at the closing date.
