Strategic Partner Manager @Figma

Overview

Figma is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join their Business Development & Partnerships team. The role involves managing strategic partnerships that drive product experiences, user engagement, and revenue growth, while connecting Figma to a broader network of builders, developers, and solution partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship for a small portfolio of 3-5 strategic technology partners.
• Build and maintain partnership strategies including goals, product roadmaps, and stakeholder maps.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage commercial aspects of partnerships, including contract negotiations.
• Execute go-to-market plans for joint marketing opportunities and events.
• Facilitate partner meetings and track success metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years managing large, complex technology partnerships.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to executives.
• Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Comfortable in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
