Overview

Systemic Justice is seeking a Head of HR, People & Culture to design and manage HR strategies, organizational culture, and people experience initiatives. This leadership role focuses on embedding justice and anti-oppression principles within the organization's operations and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with organizational values.
Overseeing recruitment, compliance, and HR policies.
Managing the HR budget.
Developing and executing a holistic approach to employee experience.
Leading initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
Facilitating team development and promoting a healthy work environment.
Leading conversations around organizational values, trust, and inclusivity.

Requirements

Extensive HR leadership experience, particularly in promoting anti-oppression and intersectionality.
Deep commitment to social justice, equity, and organizational change.
Strong understanding of employment laws across European jurisdictions.
Skilled in leading organizational change initiatives.
Experience designing and implementing trauma-informed and inclusive training programs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must have the right to work in their country of residence within the EU.

Benefits

Salary up to EUR 75,000 gross annually, plus up to 10% pension contribution. Full-time, 4-day work week (32 hours). 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanent employment.

Remote, within the European Union.
