Systems Analyst II @Brex

Overview

Brex is an intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in over 200 markets. The role of Systems Analyst II involves owning tools and automations for the GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations that increase efficiency for GTM teams.
• Partner directly with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify workflow bottlenecks and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze GTM data to make data-backed recommendations on systems investment.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
• Independently deliver moderately scoped projects end-to-end, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Mentor junior ICs and interns in systems and tooling work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or a related technical operations role.
• Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and others.
• Experience in leading tools end-to-end, from evaluation and implementation to training coordination.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Experience with data analysis and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about embedding AI capabilities into operations.
• Strong ownership mentality to drive business problems to solution.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
