Systems Analyst II @Brex

Overview

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and streamline operations. The Systems Analyst II role focuses on supporting the growth and operational efficiency of Brex by integrating AI into tools used by GTM teams, which include Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations to increase efficiency for GTM teams.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and develop clear technical solutions.
• Work within the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to enhance tooling and integrations.
• Analyze GTM data and make data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
• Manage multiple GTM stakeholder relationships and support junior team members.
• Write clean, reviewed code and maintain strong technical hygiene.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or related fields.
• Familiarity with GTM tooling like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading tools from evaluation through implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Curiosity about embedding AI/LLM capabilities into workflows.
• Strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excitement for building tools in a fast-paced environment.
