Systems Analyst II @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Systems Analyst II to join their Systems team, which powers the company's growth and operational scale. This role involves working with various teams to enhance and automate tools and workflows for a more efficient operational process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations to increase efficiency for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and devise technical solutions.
• Work within the GTM tech stack to improve tooling and integrations.
• Analyze GTM data to provide insights and make data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows with guidance on complex builds.
• Independently manage moderately scoped projects from problem framing to launch.
• Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and support junior team members.
• Contribute to team quality by writing clean code and following technical best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, Sales/RevOps engineering, or a related role.
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and others, or ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Experience with end-to-end tool leadership from evaluation to implementation and training.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs to build internal tools independently.
• Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Interest in embedding AI capabilities into tools and workflows.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Excitement for building GTM-facing tools in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $135,720 - $169,650. Equity and other compensation forms may also be provided depending on the position.

Location

This role is based in the United States in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three days in the office: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
