Systems Analyst II @Brex

Overview

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster. The Systems Analyst II role is focused on improving tools, workflows, and automations for the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams at Brex, ensuring efficiency and productivity while allowing for a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and make data-backed recommendations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
• Independently manage moderately scoped projects from inception to launch.
• Mentor junior team members in systems and tooling work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs, with the ability to build internal tools.
• Experience in analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Curiosity in integrating AI/LLM capabilities into workflows.
• Strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

Benefits

The expected salary range is $135,720 - $169,650, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Equity and other forms of compensation may also be included in the package.

Location

This role operates in a hybrid environment based in Seattle, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, with flexibility for remote work.
