Talent Operations Manager @Render

Overview

Render is building a cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. The company is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to oversee systems, data, and processes related to hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations.
• Own the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards and visibility into hiring plan progress.
• Ensure hiring data accuracy across the ATS and related systems.
• Automate repeatable tasks and improve workflows within Talent Operations.
• Evaluate and manage tools for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting operations.
• Facilitate process rollouts with documentation and training.

Requirements

• 6+ years in recruiting or talent operations in a high-growth environment.
• Deep ATS expertise, particularly with Ashby.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience maintaining data integrity across the ATS and hiring plans.
• Strong program and change management skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
