Key Responsibilities

• Program Design and Facilitation:

  • Facilitate leadership development through the Global Institute.
• Coaching and Capacity Building:
  • Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership practice.
  • Assess leadership needs with global teams.
• Project and Partnership Management:
  • Lead project teams to manage leadership initiatives.
  • Build strategic partnerships to co-create flagship programs.
• Strategic Contribution:
  • Analyze impact data for learning and improvement.
  • Contribute insights for broader strategy.
