Key Responsibilities

• Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, and real-world engineering scenarios.
• Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, ensuring solutions are correct and consistent.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance content creation, maintaining technical accuracy.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure content meets Karat's technical and quality standards.
• Update content based on candidate performance data, interviewer feedback, and Content Corrections requests.
• Partner with Content Architecture to improve content development processes and assessment quality.
• Help improve development standards, templates, and documentation for the Content team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, working in at least one modern programming language.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: debugging, testing, reviewing code, and giving constructive technical feedback.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams, with availability during U.S. hours preferred.
