Overview

Fivetran, known for its data accessibility mission, is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on security initiatives. The TPM will lead security-related projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the security vulnerability management program for engineering, focusing on infrastructure, code, and dependency vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve vulnerabilities.
• Enhance processes through tool evaluation and automation for faster resolution.
• Utilize AI to define a proactive security roadmap based on risk assessments.
• Run dependency management and image hardening programs.
• Establish a code scanning program in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Dedicate time assessing business systems for vulnerabilities and develop detection plans.
• Advocate for tools and solutions supporting early integration of security practices.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on security.
• Proficient in program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative skills with product teams, SRE/QE engineers, and developers.
• Deep understanding of security domains: application/infrastructure security, data privacy, threat modeling, and secure SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and automation processes.
• Familiarity with OWASP principles and best practices for securing web applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
