Key Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer, the consultant will:

Attend both official and informal meetings of intergovernmental bodies and inter-agency mechanisms

Draft detailed analytical reports on meetings held at UN Headquarters, particularly those linked to UNODC’s mandates and UN reform

Support the planning and organization of UNODC meetings and events

Analyze reporting requirements for UNHQ events relevant to UNODC

Develop a foresight model to anticipate reporting needs for intergovernmental engagements

Revise reporting templates and improve mechanisms for sharing information, including newsletters
